Bio: Although I grew up in the area around Birmingham, Alabama, (specifically Hueytown) I was always fascinated with the ocean. Some of my earliest memories are of me lying in the water with a dive mask, watching small fish darting around in the surf, searching for shells and starfish, and getting incredibly sunburned at Gulf Shores, Alabama, and Panama City Beach, Florida.
