Freedom School 2026: Daphne, a Higher Ground Society initiative,  will take place Saturday, August 8, in Daphne at Macedonia Baptist Church, where Dr. Zanice Bond of Tuskegee University will reprise her presentation that explores poetry, visual art, and the Gomillion v. Lightfoot case which examines voting rights and gerrymandering in 1960 Alabama.
