Authors directly submit their entries via this form, including publications, availability for programs and workshops, and contact information. Easily searchable and updated, the directory will grow and become more valuable with each entry.

Bio: Richard Modin is the author of three novels, two travel memoirs, several award-winning articles, short stories, and poems, which have appeared in the Birmingham Arts Journal, Sea Frontiers, Bird Watchers Digest and other publications. Modlin is a former President of the Alabama Writers’ Cooperative. former board member of the Huntsville Literary Association, and member of the AWC and AWF. He holds graduate degrees from the Universities of Wisconsin and Connecticut and has attended the Iowa …Read More Summer Writing Festival. He is an emeritus professor at the University of Alabama in Huntsville and lives on the side of a mountain in North Alabama.
