Those wishing to read a brief poem in the open mic segment should arrive early and sign up. \nWilkins teaches creative writing at Linfield University in Oregon. The readings will begin at 5 p.m. \nBonnici grew up in Alabama and holds degrees from Harvard\, NYU Law (JD)\, UC Riverside (MFA)\, and UCLA (PhD). Her debut collection\, Night Burial\, won the Colorado Prize for Poetry. Her second collection\, A True & Just Record\, was published by Boiler House Press/Beyond Criticism Editions (2023). She is an Assistant Professor of English at Pepperdine University. \nLaura Reece Hogan is the author of Butterfly Nebula (University of Nebraska Press\, 2023) and Litany of Flights (Paraclite Press\, 2020). She serves on the poetry advisory board of Wildhouse Press and is the Assistant Poetry Editor of Solum Press. She earned a B.A. from Rice University\, a J.D. from UCLA School of Law\, and an M.A. in theology from St. John’s Seminary in Camarillo\, California. \nTheir books will be available for sale and signing.
