Bio: Dr. Raye Hendrix is a writer and disability scholar from Alabama. Born in Birmingham and raised in Pinson, Raye attended Auburn University for their Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English, the University of Texas at Austin for their MFA in Poetry, and the University of Oregon for their PhD in English and Disability Studies.
