Bio: My name is Jaterica Davis-Williams, and I was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. Growing up, my family taught me strength, faith, and perseverance—values that shaped who I am today. I didn’t always love reading as a child, but becoming a mother changed my perspective. I wanted my children to see themselves in stories and to know the power that books can have. They became my inspiration to start writing. Through my books, I hope to encourage children to dream, learn, and believe in themselves.
